30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Products must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used or opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
